The Staff,the Pool and the view from Room

The Bathroom....all Broken, Far away from everything and loud and dirty Beach,because many tours started in front of hotel very early in the morning

Liked the view. Well maintained and clean. If you will be out and about and need a place to stay that is average and within the budget. This will do. Location is not at its best but it will make you venture to ride motorbikes, w/c is a good experience.

Had to request a hair dryer

The pool was great and friendly staff

The bathroom was tiny no bar soap , no towel racks , hot water is complaining when you used the shower

I had booked an extra night seperatly. Didn't realise it was a less attractive room asked to upgrade and they wanted more than I had paid for the previous nights in same room IN ADDITION. Building works meant it would be noisy so I cancelled and checked out!

Beachfront was great. Location to the nightlife was good. Easily accessible but a little hard to find at first.

The property could use a little love.

Nice view and nice pool. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

Most of the food was just okay or subpar. There were lots of bugs in the rooms so pest control wasn't being done. For this price I definitely expect pest control. The shower was either blazing hot or super cold and difficult to control the temp. Food and drinks didn't really taste as good as it should for the price. Similar in price to an American hotel but with more issues.

The staff was fantastic, the location was good.

Is the bathroom never worked only occasionally?You never knew what you were gonna get.It was broken more than half of the time.

The beach was very good, the staff were always very helpful

One night for dinner I waited an hour for the restaurant on grounds to make our dinner.

Staff was more than wonderful extremely helpful always smiling was one of the highlights of the trip.

Shower head did not work.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast service, clean pool, nice views from hotel, generally quiet and peaceful (exception noted below), and an overall pleasant experience

Not problematic for me but mentioning to be fair, hotel is located near the airport and aircraft pass overhead a few times a day. Smallish bathroom with lukewarm (not hot) water. Not the closest location to town, and recommend taking a tuk-tuk vs walking.

The hotel is far from luxurious, but offers all basic necessities for a family holiday. The staff is exceptional -- well mannered, cheerful, and very helpful; from the receptionists, to the waitresses at the restaurant, probably the best experience we've ever had in the Philippines. They also offer tours to visit different attractions and tourist spots around the island at a decent price.

Kitchen menu is a bit basic, but I guess that's understandable for a small family hotel. Most of the time, we were the only people at the restaurant during lunch or dinner.

Very good value/money ratio. Very good low price place needing some renovation but with a very nice swimming pool. Alona beach at 10 mins/150php. Staff extremely nice.

Service was great. The place is clean. Only thing is no lift so its not convenient for us just to carry our luggages. Overall we are happy with the facilities and staff were very friendly ?

Sunset from rooftop was stunning.

Location of hotel is a good walk or tuktuk ride to Alona Beach.Hotel beach is ok but venture either side and there’s lots of rubbish.

Luxury apartment with big bath. View from the balcony worth every peso.

Clean and tidy the staff were very helpful.

Vendors trying to sell bracelets etc from the beach was a little annoying

Distance to the main tourist destination. Low tide in the morning so not able to swim at the beach
